Directions: 

• Add approx 2 caps of powerlifting gear wash to a sink of warm water. 
  
• Gently hand wash items in a kneading motion and let soak if necessary. 
• Rinse thoroughly under running water and let air dry in the shade. 
• Store bottle upright.

Never put neoprene products in the sun for prolonged periods of time.
